Summary and objectives

Projects are an increasingly important aspect of modern business. Therefore, understanding the relation between projects and the strategic goals of any organization is critical.  Project management is a professional discipline with its own tools, body of knowledge. Organizations must be able to plan and be time efficient and effective, understand conditions and prerequisites, maximize the utility of resources and compare accomplished goals against forecasted. Monitor, evaluate and adjust targets.

  • Identify project goals, constraints, deliverables
  • Set performance criteria, control needs
  • Implement general business concepts, practices, and tools to facilitate project success
