Summary and objectives

Business are place high value in understanding their clients need and focus on how well meet these needs. In order to save resources, they must analyze who their customers are what they really want. It’s not enough to create a variety of products, rather you must decide on which products you will be focusing upon.  Analyzing the need means that collection of information is critical, There are several means by which you can gather customer information: comments, social media, live sessions, emails, in-product request forms, etc.
