MODULE 1.1: Entreprenurial Skills
Summary and objectives
The module defines what an entrepreneur is, what typically characterizes an entrepreneurial mindset, what the main challenges, the entrepreneur must overcome, are, and how these challenges can be taken on.
The module continues through defining six skills an entrepreneur must possess or otherwise find alternative solutions to, in order to build a successful startup (The business idea, costs, management, customer relations, brand value and sales).
The module ends in outlining how these six skills can all be used to achieve competitive advantages.
